Meet the founders
Monica Moreno
Entertainment Director & Co-Founder
A 15-year veteran of the entertainment industry, Monica delivers high-caliber creative concepts, live talent curation and turn-key event management. Her repertoire ranges from immersive family and children’s entertainment to custom musical performances featuring violin, harp, qanun, oud and saxophone. Beyond performance, she provides end-to-end talent management, supplying high-profile client events with professional hostesses, managed live bands and traditional Qatari Arda troupes.
Rami Haidar
Creative Director & Co-Founder
For over 20 years, Rami has led brand transformation across Lebanon, Colombia and Qatar through thoughtful, high-end creative direction. Blending artistic vision with operational discipline, he oversees end-to-end design pipelines—delivering everything from refined corporate identities to immersive 360° event activations with intentional, high-fidelity craft.
